"Hello Team, I am creating below idea on behalf of a client ""Bromford"". Client has requested PowerChat Widget tool to be complaint with “Accessibility” tool Standards. “Accessibility Insights for Web” is a Chrome add-on which help us to find out the Website display errors. These error are regarding the Website Color contrast, labels etc. By rectifying these errors, the website would become usable for Disabled People(especially Blind people). Currently client has suggested below changes on PowerChat Widget on priority basis. Client has also given the error report and some help on how to fix it. Issue 1: ----------- Ensures the contrast between foreground and background colors meets WCAG 2 AA contrast ratio thresholds (color-contrast) Target application Register - Bromford Element path #PO_Chat-Indicator Snippet <div id=""PO_Chat-Indicator"" style=""background-color: rgb(37, 133, 207); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"">Chat Now</div> How to fix: -------------- Fix the following: Element has insufficient color contrast of 3.93 (foreground color: #ffffff, background color: #2585cf, font size: 10.5pt (14px), font weight: normal). Maximize the size of the widget in browserUnder Review July 29, 2022 - Utham Reddy
Hi all, As of now the widget size is fixed and cannot be minimized or maximized according to our use. Can we have a maximize option for a widget. It should expand the size of widget than the default size in the browser, for the ease of continuing the conversation with the agent. Thank you.

we have had a request on Bromford to do something different around the messaging when requesting a chat - idea being a banner with note: where we could easily put the chat is available for rent, arrears and payments query.
